Delivered fast, fresh - guaranteed! Our goal is to make you smile as you open your package and find your fresh bamboo as when we first harvested them. If you are not completely satisfied with the health of your bamboo, we offer 100% full refund or replacement within 7 days.

We deliver via 2-3 day transit time to insure that your bamboo spends the least amount of time inside its delivery box. Inside the delivery box, your bamboo will be packed carefully and given a special bamboo vitamin treatment called "Green-Green" plant vitamin (available at our store) to insure its health and vigor.

Orders submitted on Thursday or Friday maybe delayed in shipment so that we do not run the risk of your bamboo sitting at the post office over the weekend. We will however send your orders on Saturday so that you can get them that following Monday. Large orders or special delivery needs are available upon request.

We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska or International destinations. Also keep in mind major holidays as the Post Office does not deliver in those days.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you eletronically by the Post Office once your item is entered in their system.

We do reserve the right to delay your order during snow storms and will inform you as soon as possible.

We offer a wide variety of designs and arrangements year round. In some cases, we might not have immediate stock of your order. We will email you within 1 business day if there will any delay in shipping your order.

If you which to return your product, you must first contact us via email and receive a "Return Authorization Email" from us that will serve as our contract agreement. Please include in the email your full order information adn the reason for your return. We value 100% customer satisfaction and we will accomodate any reasonable circumstances.
